Do you do the DNA test?
No. Testing is done by independent accredited labs we have no relationship with. You bring the report from a test you've already taken. We sell no kits and earn no commission on the ones we mention.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing isn't live yet, so there's nothing to cancel today. Once it is: your plan stops, and export and deletion controls on your Profile page let your data leave with you.
Is this medical advice?
No. Euvia is a wellness product. It doesn't diagnose, treat or screen for disease. Anything clinical belongs with your doctor, and we'll say so when it comes up.
Who can see my genetic data?
You. It's encrypted in transit (at rest is coming soon), never sold, never shared with insurers or employers, and never used to target advertising. If you turn on AI features, the parts of your report needed to answer a question are processed by our AI provider, and only after you agree.
